1. General Information

By making a booking at The Crown Inn, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all room reservations made directly with us or through third-party booking platforms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer a room charge facility for food or drinks. All additional purchases must be paid for at the time of ordering.

3. Cancellation & Amendments

No cancellations or refunds are permitted once a booking is confirmed.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

5. Children & Cot Availability

  • The Crown Inn welcomes families. The Crown Inn Suite is a family suite with two rooms, one of which can be split into a twin.
  • A cot is available upon request, subject to availability.
  • No extra beds are provided.

6. Pets

No pets are allowed.

7. Damage & Conduct

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, fixtures, or fittings during their stay.
  • Any damage, excessive mess, or violation of policies will potentially result in a like-for-like charge for cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
  • Anti-social behavior or any activity that disrupts other guests will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to terminate stays without refund.

8. Smoking & Vaping Policy

  • The Crown Inn is a non-smoking and non-vaping property indoors.
  • Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated smoking areas.
  • A £250 fine will be charged to the card provided on booking for any guest found smoking or vaping in the room or indoor areas.

9. Liability

  • The Crown Inn does not accept liability for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' belongings.
  • Vehicles parked on-site are at the owner’s risk.

10. Force Majeur

  • We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, pandemics, or government restrictions.
  • Where possible, amendments may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and management discretion.
